Still mind key of success 😇 To Meditation💛♥️❤️ðŸī󠁧ó Ēó ģó Ģó īó ŋðŸ‡đ🇭 On Wednesday 30th October 2019 The Meditation centre of Scotland arranged its weekly meditation class for inner peace at Hillhead library Glasgow. The topic for lesson 9was Still mind key of success. Calmness in Meditation First of all, we should know that calmness helps to settle our mind. Little by little, our mind will free itself from mental impurities and become more refined and purified. In the practice of meditation, we must learn how to &quotstop&quot, how to &quotcool&quot and how to &quotwait&quot. Stopping&quot the midn from wandering. Relax your body and your mind. Free your mind of all worries. Keep the mind calm and still at the center of the body, continuously. He then led the guided meditation class for 30 minutes. The meditators were calm and peaceful. Some of them had brightness inside. In the end, he encouraged the meditators to continues do the 3 three homework. The three Homeworks are 1.Smile more 2. Keep the Sabai feeling and 3. Meditation 10-15 minutes every day. There was a total of 16people who joined the class: 12meditators, 1 volunteer and 2staff member. Our Wednesday classes run weekly from 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm.at The Hillhead Library Glasgow. Beginners and Newcomers are welcome. All our meditation classes are free of charge however, donations are welcome.
