The most miraculous thing that happened on that day was that the Lord Buddha took 7 steps right affer his birth and made the following pronouncement, "I'm the supreme being, the most subilme being in the world. This is my final rebirth. There's no more round of rebirth for me." สิ่งอัศจรรย์ที่เกิดขึ้นในวันนั้นคือ เมื่อท่านประสูติแล้วก็สามารถก้าวเดินได้ 7 ก้าวทันที พร้อมทั้งเปล่งวาจาว่า เรานั้นเป็นผู้เลิศ ประเสริฐที่สุดในโลก นี่คือชาติสุดท้าย ภพใหม่ของเราไม่มี ตรัสรู้ The day of Enlightenment is when The Lord Buddha found the Four Noble Truths, which are Dukkha : The truth of suffering Samudaya : The cause of suffering Nirhodha : The end of suffering Magga : The path that frees us from suffering และวันนี้ก็เป็นวันแห่งการตรัสรู้ธรรมที่พระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าได้ค้นพบอริยสัจ 4 อันประกอบด้วยทุกข์ สมุทัย นิโรธ และมรรค ปรินิพพาน Last of all, Visakha Puja Day is the day which the Lord Buddha attained Nirvana or Parinibbana. The Lord Buddha gave us the final advice "All conditioned things undergo changes. Decay is a normal process. All of you must not be reckless. You must hurry to find your refuge." พระองค์เป็นบรมครูที่ยิ่งใหญ่ เพราะก่อนที่ท่านจะเสด็จดับขันธปรินิพพาน ท่านได้เมตตาประทานปัจฉิมโอวาทแก่พวกเราไว้ว่า สังขารของเราไม่เที่ยง เสื่อมสิ้น เป็นธรรมดา พวกเธออย่าได้ประมาท รีบหาที่พึ่งแก่ตน
